Brian Sharples

  • Co Founder & CEO of HomeAway (2005 - 2017), which he took public in 2011 and sold to Expedia in 2015
     

  • CEO of lntelliquest Information Group, which he took public in 1996 and sold to Naviant and WPP Group in 1999
     

  • Currently serving on the boards of GoDaddy (Chairman), Ally Financial, RVShare, Design Pickle
     

  • Advisor to Next Coast Ventures and Tritium Partners
     

  • Brian holds an MBA from the Stanford GSB and a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Colby College

Cotter Cunningham

  • Founder, Chairman & CEO of RetailMeNot (2009 - 2019), which he took public in 2013 and sold to Harland Clarke in 2011
     

  • COO of Bankrate, which he took public in 1999
     

  • Currently serving as CEO of ExpertVoice and on the boards of Rate Genius and Hip Commerce
     

  • Advisor to Next Coast Ventures and Tritium Partners
     

  • Cotter holds an MBA from Vanderbilt and a BBA in Economics from the University of Memphis

Louis Marchetti bio picture

Louis Marchetti

  • Lou served in a variety of investment and strategy roles at Vista Equity Partners from 2009 - 2021
     

  • Experience ranged from investment professional, to creating and leading Vista's deal origination practice, to building firm strategy as Chief of Staff to Vista's Co-Founder/President, to driving successful turnaround of Accruent (in house)
     

  • Work includes directly sourcing and executing investment opportunities, including 14 closed investments, in addition to several exits
     

  • Served in the Policy/Strategy Office of U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice
     

  • Lou holds an MBA from The Wharton School at UPenn, where he was the commencement speaker, and a BS from the University of North Carolina, where he played football and won the Jim Tatum Award

William Kuntz bio picture

William Kuntz

  • Prior to joining Brian and Cotter as Managing Director at our preceding investment entity, Will served as Principal at Peak Rock Capital where he led the software and technology services practice
     

  • Prior to Peak Rock, Will served as Vice President and Principal at Housatonic Partners, where he led investments in software and tech-enabled services
     

  • Will has sourced and led numerous transactions in our target markets, investing hundreds of millions of equity dollars, serving on multiple boards, and generating attractive returns
     

  • Currently serving on the board of Design Pickle
     

  • Will began his career at Summit Partners, holds an MBA from Stanford GSB, and an M.A. and B.A. in English from Stanford University
